All outcomes depend on external authorities, institutions, and individual circumstances beyond our control.

GoUniLink reserves the right to decline or discontinue consultations or services at its discretion.

FEES & PAYMENTS

• Not all services offered by GoUniLink are free of charge

• Fees, where applicable, will be communicated prior to engagement

• Clients are responsible for clarifying fees before proceeding

• Failure to enquire about fees does not obligate GoUniLink to provide services without charge

• Payments, once made, may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

• Review and verify all documents before submission

• Comply with applicable laws and institutional requirements

• Take responsibility for final decisions and actions

GoUniLink is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

LEGAL ADVICE & PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

While members of the GoUniLink team may hold legal qualifications:

• Not all services constitute legal advice

• Legal advice is provided only where permitted and explicitly confirmed in writing

• No lawyer-client relationship is created unless formally established

Clients should seek independent legal advice where required.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

GoUniLink may introduce clients to third-party service providers, including lawyers, registered agents, educational institutions, accommodation providers, and destination service partners.

These third parties operate independently. GoUniLink:

• Does not control their services

• Is not liable for their acts, omissions, or outcomes

• Does not guarantee third-party performance

Clients engage third-party providers at their own discretion and risk.
